New Report on Challenges posed by European and Global Energy use

A new report recently published by the European Commission provides forecasts for both European and global energy use up to 2050. Although the report presents various scenarios a key conclusion is the need for a radical change in Europe's and the world's energy mix if the pending problems posed by climate change are to be resolved.
